Rochdale shoppers on the hunt for something extra special to give their loved ones this Christmas, can head to Rochdale Exchange’s small business market, which brings together a variety of bespoke retailers.

On Saturday, 7 December, 15 of the best local businesses in the town will set up shop at the centre for its fourth annual Small Business Saturday market, with everything from crafts and handmade jewellery to delicious food and children’s clothing available to buy.

Lorenzo O’Reilly, Rochdale Exchange Shopping Centre manager, said: “Every year, our small business market attracts many visitors looking for unique items. This is such a great time of year to host this event and the stall holders who attend always have such positive feedback from the day. It really is a win, win for everyone involved.”

Enterprises such as Copper Cup, who specialise in copper homeware, Bubble N’ Bake who sell bath and skincare products, Kaizen-Do Karate who offer martial arts classes and Doodles Clothing who sell great value children’s accessories as well as many other businesses will all be there on the day.

“There are some amazing local brands in and around Rochdale and as an integral part of the town it’s really important to us to show them our support, and by doing so we are really proud to be able to offer them the fantastic opportunity to showcase their businesses at Rochdale Exchange,” Lorenzo added.

Rochdale Exchange’s small business market will be taking place on Saturday 7 December from 9am to 5.30pm.
